Rajasthan is a state in northern India. It covers 342,239 square kilometres (132,139 sq mi) or 10.4 per cent of India’s total geographical area. It is the largest Indian state by area and the seventh largest by population. It is on India’s northwestern side, where it comprises most of the wide and inhospitable Thar Desert (also known as the Great Indian Desert) and shares a border with the Pakistani provinces of Punjab to the northwest and Sindh to the west, along the Sutlej-Indus River valley.

Its major features include the ruins of the Indus Valley civilisation at Kalibangan and Balathal, the Dilwara Temples, a Jain pilgrimage site at Rajasthan’s only hill station, Mount Abu, in the ancient Aravalli mountain range and eastern Rajasthan, the Keoladeo National Park of Bharatpur, a World Heritage Site known for its bird life. Rajasthan is also home to three national tiger reserves, the Ranthambore National Park in Sawai Madhopur, Sariska Tiger Reserve in Alwar and the Mukundra Hills Tiger Reserve in Kota.

The State of Rajasthan was formed on 30 March 1949 when the states of the Rajputana Agency[ of the erstwhile Indian Empire were merged into the new Indian Union. Its capital and largest city is Jaipur. Other important cities are Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Bharatpur and Udaipur. The economy of Rajasthan is the seventh-largest state economy in India with ₹10.20 lakh crore (US$130 billion) in gross domestic product and a per capita GDP of ₹118,000 (US$1,500). Rajasthan ranks 29th among Indian states in human development index.

Itinerary

On arrival at Bikaner, we welcome you in our state, get transferred to the hotel by our driver cum tour guide, complete check in and after some rest visit Junagarh Fort. Later, head for Deshnok Karni Mata Temple 35 Kms away. After completing the sightseeing return to Bikaner. Dinner and overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, complete check out and head directly to Jaisalmer-5 hrs. journey, so that you can uncover the secrets hidden behind the Golden Sands of the Thar Desert in Jaisalmer. Also has a short stopover at the Jaisalmer War Museum which traces the origin and evolution of the Indian Army. Later continue your journey and arrive at the Sam sand Dunes.
Check in to the desert camps and after some rest enjoy camel and jeep safari on the Sam Sand Dunes, later get back to the camps and enjoy folk performances by the locals while enjoying a bonfire. Have a scrumptious and authentic Rajasthani meal. Overnight stay at the Desert Camp.

Today after breakfast, complete checkout from the camp and continue your tour journey towards Jaisalmer city. In the city visit to the World's largest desert living golden Jaisalmer Fort and then proceed to marvel at the beautiful royal Havelis - Patwon-Ki-Haveli, Nathmal-Ki-Haveli, and Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli that speaks of the royal past. Later, visit Gadisar Lake in the evening and enjoy the sunset view overlooking the lake. Return to hotel and Overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, complete the early check out from the hotel and arrive at Jodhpur. Complete hotel check in and later visit to the Umaid Bhawan Palace, which is built on a vast 26 acres land and is one of the world's largest private residences. Then you can proceed to visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Also visit the beautiful memorial made in marble, the Jaswant Thada, often described as the “TajMahal of Marwar ''. In the evening back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, complete early check out from the hotel and continue your journey towards the Lake City of India i.e Udaipur. On the way visit to the majestic Kumbhalgaeh fort, sightseeing of which will take around 2 to 3 hrs. Later in Nathdwara visit the newly opened Lord Shiva statue also known as Vishwaas Swaroopam, which is so big that it is visible even from the highway.Later, you arrive at Udaipur, hotel check in and some rest in the evening night time, you can visit the beautiful Fateh Sagar & Picho lake and enjoy the night view there. You can also have your dinner there overlooking the lakes. Return to hotel and Overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, visit all the nearby sightseeing such as the Jagdish temple, Vintage car collection, City palace-the largest palace complex of Rajasthan and Gulabh bagh including Zoo within it. Later visit Sahelion-Ki-Bari- a greenhouse built for ladies who went with princess after marrying Maharana Sangram Singh and the BhartiyaLok Kala Museum- which displays a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls. Also visit the Under the Sun Aquarium, Maharana Pratap Memorial. In the evening, stroll through the Local Market shopping for souvenirs or you can spend the evening sunset time near the lakes and hills and enjoy the beautiful lake view. Overnight stay in the hotel

Early this morning before breakfast, proceed for the Mount Abu sightseeing tour which will take you around 3 hrs, to reach there. On arrival, visit Dilwara Jain temples, Nakki Lake, Brahma Kumari Ashram, Toad Rock, Sunset point. Post that, visit the highest point of Aravali Mountain range in Rajasthan i.e. Guru Shikhar. Later, visit the crocodile breeding site - Trevor’s tank, and Honeymoon Point. Proceed back to the hotel in Udaipur for an overnight stay.

Today complete early check out from the hotel to continue your journey to Jaipur. After a journey of 7 hrs.complete hotel check in and take rest. In evening, visit to Albert Hall and Birla Mandir Temple. You can also spend your evening night time at the old famous Jaipur market known as Choti Badi Chopar, here you will experience why the city is called the Pink City of India. Return back to hotel & overnight stay.

Today after your breakfast, start the city tour by visiting Amber Fort. You can also enjoy the Amber fort elephant ride and light and sound show in the evening. Later, have a short stopover at the beautiful Man Sagar Lake and admire the grand Jal Mahal and then visit Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.
Later after noon meals head to Chokhi Dhani – (An Ethnic Village Resort, built in ethical Rajasthani style and specially, in the evening they organize lot of activities like, camel ride, Puppet show, Snake charmer and handloom cloths etc. along with specialized Rajasthani /Continental Dinner as well).In the late evening, back to the hotel & overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, the hotel checked out and headed to Ranthambore after 3 hrs. journey. On arrival, hotel check in and later Gypsy will come at the hotel, to pick you up for Ranthambore National Park Safari. Post which the same cab will drop you at the hotel. After having rest in the evening, enjoy the Rajasthani cultural festival show at the hotel, later have dinner and overnight stay.

After packing your bags along with a bundle of memories, depending on your departure timings, complete checkout from hotel or after breakfast, to arrive at the Jaipur airport/railway station to catch your train/flight back to home. Tour ends with happy memories.
